Practice while playing For children from 5 years old and adults of all ages.
Practice yoga with your children and introduce postures through play.
Adapted for duos adult-child, the class last 45 minutes. Children learn to know their bodies better, to discover their breathing, and to play around postures alone or in two.
Nice moment to share. Pre-registration compulsory. At least two families participating. Last minute cancellations are charged.
Price: Adult-child binome 35 CHF, an additional family member (brother, sister, parent…): 10 CHF.
