I offer a yoga in the mountains in August, as well as during one weekend a month throughout 2024 and winter 2025. On request, by Frienze lake or at SAS Alpes de Chaux, at the bottom of the “Les Fracherets” ski slope. It is getntle Hatha Yoga flow class featuring breathing exercises, personal adaptations of the asanas and elements of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, ending with Yoga Nidra.
